Jerico Macphee

Jerico is our head MMA instructor, a Professional MMA fighter, and BJJ Brown belt. He brings with him a ton of experience in the cage as an Amateur and Pro, and has spent years training and fighting out of Tristar Gym in Montreal.

During his Amateur career, he held the CECR Amateur Featherweight title, as well as the Elite 1 MMA Amateur Lightweight Title. Jerico has a passion for MMA training and competition, and loves helping others grow and learn more about fighting in combat sports.
